When I began at Omaze in 2014, I was Employee #12 and the lone copywriter, tasked with all things copy, including drafting hundreds of emails, social posts, and video scripts in both the voice of Omaze and the voice of our talent/brand partners. As we grew, I had the honor of becoming the Head Writer and then a Creative Director at the company, guiding our incredible team of copywriters. The case study below demonstrates that collaboration for a campaign we did in 2022 with Ozzy Osbourne, benefitting Save The Music Foundation.
OVERVIEW: The prize we were offering was an insanely fast, custom Dodge Demon, and our talent partner for the campaign was Ozzy Osbourne. As the campaign was set to launch in October, we felt we had all of the ingredients to really lean into a Halloween-themed premise. The video kicked off the campaign (see it HERE!) and then then all copy & design both in Ozzy’s voice and the Omaze voice, would tap into the same theme to create a cohesive experience for our customers.
